The human spine is the central core of over half your body mass. By improving the function of the spine you improve the potential for nearly all the movement you do. Many common complaints of the neck, back, shoulders and legs can be helped by improving the ability of your spine to support what you want to do with your arms, legs and head.
In this 3 week series we will explore the spines direction of movement, in addition you will learn to sense your spine more clearly which will allow you to be more comfortable in standing, walking and sitting as well as many other movement variations.
