Parampal Kaur (Polly) instructs Kundalini yoga in the Bay Area. With her degree in Occupational Therapy (O.T.) from San Jose State University since 1989 as well as yoga and meditation certifications from two different traditions: Kundalini, as taught by Yogi Bhajan and Hatha. She is an experienced and powerful instructor! She has instructed Hatha yoga for the past eight years. Parampal Kaur is truly honored to teach Kundalini yoga and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She particularly enjoys chanting and playing her harmonium and the sweetness that it offers! Learn evidence based opportunities for promoting peace of mind with useful holistic tools. She will help you promote optimal well being.
Everyone is welcome regardless of physical challenges. This is a householders yoga. No previous yoga experience required.
