Body Spirit Temple: Art as Medicine Virtual 2 Day Journey

As we move through the many waves of Coronavirus reality, we've all had to adapt so many things in our lives, how we tend to our bodies, connect with others in the community, how we work in the world... So how about a painting and meditation journey online?!

As one who has enjoyed the Art as Medicine experience in the past or expressed interest in these ways of healing through creativity, we thought you may like taking some time to drop into a healing space in the comfort of your own home with a large canvas and some paintbrushes.

Our next healing with paint and meditation journey is called Body Spirit Temple, a journey to claim and deepen your spiritual presence in your body, using the painting process to claim your vitality and stand strong in the face of Corona time, to deepen your body awareness, clear trauma and paint in your strong energetic field with intuitive healing codes.

Friday evening. April 24, 7 - 9 pm and Sunday, April 26, 10 am - 5 pm PST.
