Through mindfulness meditation and a painting experience, you will discover awareness, curiosity, and a more peaceful self emerging onto a canvas. Under the guidance of Jane Sanguinetti and Neesa Ginger Mils, you will paint a self portrait using brushstrokes of acceptance, compassion and beauty!
