Klaus Lehrach


Klaus Lehrach is a playful, yet sincere student of yoga. He lives in the Half Moon Bay area with his wife Amanda and two cats.

He has been teaching since 1992. He has studied with some of the top American yoga teachers including Richard Freeman (yogaworkshop.com) and John Friend (anusara.com) and gives thanks each day for their generous guidance. He brings humor and lightheartedness into his classes, yet reminds his students that yoga is a spiritual practice that can help us awaken to our True Nature. Klaus has detailed knowledge of alignment principles and therapeutic application of yoga, respect for each student, and encourages awakening to what is. Classes are geared to reflect the abilities and diversity of the students.

Klaus' studies have included the fundamental texts of yoga philosophy; The Bhagavad-Gita, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and the Upanisads. Jessica Archer

Jessica began her journey into the depths of yoga in 1997, and continues to find new twists and turns on the path each day! She hopes to offer her students the possibilities of limitless expansion in their bodies, hearts and lives, along with the choice to connect to their own truth and potential in every moment. She teaches playful, challenging classes with a focus on alignment, breath and connection to one's own heart.

Hatha Flow (Anusara-Influenced)

A precise, yet playful practice for students of all levels of ability and yoga experience. The practice will include challenging flow and the introduction of advanced postures, balanced with gentle and grounding poses to bring your body, mind and heart to an optimal place of connection and balance. This class uses the alignment principles and heart opening style of a rapidly growing yoga system founded by John Friend. "As we cultivate the body through asana, the breath through pranayama and the mind through meditation, you can connect to your own truth, in your own way."

Malinda Thompson

 

 

Malinda brings a passion and sincerity to teaching yoga inspired by 12 years of practice and training.  She is certified in Advanced Yoga Therapy through Loyola Marymount University's two year Extension program.  She has studied with many master teachers including Bhavani Maki, Sandy Cronland, John Friend, Rod Stryker, Mark Whitwell, and Dr. Julian Neil.  She holds a 200 RYT certification from Integral Yoga Studies.  Her committed practice of Raja Yoga studies and contemplative studies of the Sutras, Upanishads, and Tantra texts provide a humble and relevant platform from which to inspire students to discuss and study these brilliant texts.

Vinyasa Flow & Intro to Sutras

Class Level I, II

Practice begins with warming the body and linking movement with breath.  Vinyasa flow is a sequence of postures offered to build strength, flexibility and expand prana, counterposes and cooling postures for relaxation. Short meditation followed by Introduction to Sutras discussion.

Jessica Ruby

 

Jessica Ruby Hernandez, MA is a certified Yoga Meets Dance instructor, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, and a practicing Yogi for 8 years, having taught people aged 5-77 since 2004. An avid Salsa, Merengue, 5 Rhythms, and Belly Dancer, Jessica strives to bring her joy of dance, music, and therapeutic play to as many people as possible.  Jessica also enjoys teaching others how to ground themselves into their bodies in order to become more aware of the wisdom and gifts within.

Naia Graham

 
Naia is deeply passionate about the path of 'Rememerance' remembering who we truly are, and sees healing as a reclaiming and return to our wholeness. She has been trained in various healing modalities, including BMC ( Body Mind Centering), Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Vinyasa Yoga, and has been supporting others in their return to wholeness for more than a decade. She uses the healing power of sound and subtle energetic touch in her private practice and incorporates this into her classes. She has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years in Boston, and currently studies Sound Healing at CIIS and Yoga of the Voice with Silvia Nakkach.
