The classes will include: (format will be roughly the same each class)

-Intention Setting
-Mini Meditations to develop self awareness, cultivate intuition and create inner peace
-Movement (yoga, dance, grounding, chakra balancing)
-Breathing Exercises

-Intentional Creativity/Art
-Self Healing Practices

-Guided Visualizations
-Some experiential process work

Most classes will be primarily body centered with less talk and more experiencing. Questions will always be welcomed although my mission is to help them get out of their heads and back into peaceful balance.

Cost $20 (cash, check or charge to Joy of Being). Scholarships are available.

Drop in is fine although the class will build on itself so I recommend committing to the whole series for maximum effectiveness.

Ages 11-18 - must be able to follow directions and stay focused

*Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, journal and yoga mat.

About me: I am the mother of two girls 11 and 17. I am noticing lately that my daughters are experiencing more anxiety and stress in their lives than seems healthy. I am hearing similar thoughts from many parents and many requests are being made to create a safe class like this one for our children. I have been the founder of Joy of Being for almost 10 years and work full time as a coach, massage therapist, energy healer and women's group co facilitator.
