Developing Personal Practice Yoga Workshop Series
Join Malinda Thompson for three Sunday Yoga Workshops on September 5th, October 3rd and November 7th from 1-4pm.
Develop your personal practice and make a strong commitment to yourself this fall!

These Sunday workshops will include yoga practice, breathing and meditation with attention to students' individual constitution and goals. Some yoga experience is recommended, new students please consult with Malinda prior to registration. Tri series $150 with practice journal and bibliography provided. Class size is limited and pre registration is required.
