Class Schedule

Five Element Qigong
Beginning: Tuesday, March 30 from 5:30-6:30p.m.
Cost: $10.00 per class

Qigong is an ancient art that helps to balance the body by performing light and easy physical movements along with deep breath work and meditation. Five Element Qigong helps to clear the channels of the body of any obstructions while strengthening and cleansing the organs of toxins both from environmental pollutants and negative toxic emotions. Regular practice of Qigong may reduce stress and anxiety, cleanse the body, restore energy and strengthen the immune system.

Please come and experience the deep relaxation that Qigong can provide. All ages, fitness levels and health conditions can benefit from Qigong. Please wear comfortable clothes.
